Milk Money Acres began over 25 years ago when founder, Jeannyne McMillen, was asked by a former co-worker to give horseback riding lessons to his granddaughter. What started as a single private lesson quickly grew into additional lessons, and over time expanded into training horses, Weddings, adventurous trail rides, photo sessions, and children’s birthday parties.

 

Why “Milk Money”?

The name comes from a childhood memory of school lunches in the 80s and 90s, when a pint of milk cost just 25 cents. After caring for her horses, Jeannyne often says there’s only “milk money” left, because the horses always come first.

 

Over the years, Jeannyne has turned her passion for horses into meaningful experiences for others. Through creativity and a deep understanding of her horses, she has developed unique opportunities for people of all ages to connect with them.

 

Today, Milk Money Acres offers a variety of horse experiences throughout Littleton, Parker, and the surrounding Colorado areas.
